General Description

The Kohler B25 generator set, diesel-powered and manufactured in France, produces 25 kVA in emergency mode and 23 kVA in continuous mode, at a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230 V.

Power Unit

The generator is equipped with a Baudouin engine of 2.29 liters, with a maximum power of 20 kW:

Alternator

The generator set is equipped with a Kohler alternator with direct coupling, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Constructive Elements

The generator is equipped with an integrated 100-liter fuel tank under the chassis, electronic speed regulator, preheating system for the cooling liquid (for easy starting in cold seasons), 12V starting system, rectifier for charging the battery when the generator is not operating, alternator for charging the accumulator during engine operation, and vibration dampers placed between the chassis and the engine-alternator assembly.

APM303 Digital Controller

The control panel is user-friendly, even for unskilled personnel, designed to provide extensive details about the generator set’s operation. The controller incorporates numerous instruments for measuring the generator’s operation, signaling devices for faults and more, control keys, and indicators for various warning messages and correct operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Canopy

The soundproof canopy is built from durable elements, painted to the highest standards. The canopy is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator set’s components for quick and easy interventions. The soundproofing capacity of the canopy is impressive, reducing the noise level to 75 dB at 1 meter and 63 dB at 7 meters.
