General Description

The Kohler B1100 generator, diesel-powered and manufactured in France, has capacities of 1120 kVA in emergency mode and 1018 kVA in continuous mode, with a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230V.

Engine

The generator is equipped with a BAUDOUIN engine of 31.81 liters, with a maximum power of 973 kW:

Alternator

The generator set is equipped with a Kohler alternator with direct coupling, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Constructive Elements

The generator is equipped with a 1035-liter fuel tank, an electronic speed regulator, a preheating system for the cooling liquid (for easy starting in cold seasons), a 12V starting system, a rectifier for charging the battery when the generator is not running, an alternator for charging the battery during engine operation, and vibration dampers placed between the chassis and the engine-alternator assembly.

APM403 Digital Controller

The control panel is user-friendly, even for untrained personnel, designed to provide extensive details about the generator’s operation. The controller incorporates dozens of instruments for measuring the generator’s operation, signaling devices for faults and more, command keys, and indicators for various warning messages and correct operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Canopy

The soundproof canopy is built with durable elements, painted to the highest standards. The canopy is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator’s components for quick and easy interventions. The soundproofing capacity of the canopy is impressive, reducing the noise level to 86 dB at 1 meter and 77 dB at 7 meters.
