General Description

Kohler B900 Diesel Generator, manufactured in France, with powers of 900 kVA in emergency mode and 818 kVA in continuous mode, at a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230V.

Powertrain

The generator is equipped with a BAUDOUIN engine of 31.81 liters, with a maximum power of 793 kW:

Alternator

The generator is equipped with a Kohler alternator with direct coupling, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Structural Elements

The generator is equipped with a 1035-liter fuel tank, an electronic speed regulator, a preheating system for the cooling liquid (for easy starting in the cold season), a 12V starting system, a rectifier for charging the battery when the generator is not in operation, an alternator for charging the battery during the engine’s operation, and vibration dampers located between the chassis and the engine-alternator assembly.

APM403 Digital Controller

The control panel is easy to use, even for unqualified personnel, designed to provide a wealth of details about the generator’s operation. The controller incorporates dozens of measurement instruments for the generator’s operation, signaling devices for faults and more, control keys, and indicators for various warning messages and correct operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof canopy

The soundproof hood is built from resistant elements, painted to the highest standards. The hood is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator’s components for quick and easy interventions. The soundproof hood’s capacity is impressive, reducing the noise level to 86 dB at 1 meter and 77 dB at 7 meters.
