General Description
Rehlko KD88 Generator Set, diesel, manufactured in France, delivering 88 kVA in emergency mode and 80 kVA in continuous mode, at a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230 V.

Engine
The generator is equipped with a Rehlko KDI 3.92L engine with a maximum power of 80 kW:

• Consumption at 100% load: 18 l/h
• Consumption at 75% load: 12.9 l/h

Alternator
The generator set is equipped with a Rehlko alternator with direct coupling, brushless self-excitation, insulation class H, protection rating IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Construction Elements
The generator is equipped with a 181-liter fuel tank integrated under the chassis, electronic speed regulator, coolant preheating system (for easy starting in the cold season), 12V starting system, battery charger for when the generator is not running, alternator for charging the battery during engine operation, and vibration dampers mounted between the chassis and the engine–alternator assembly.

Digital Controller APM303
The control panel is easy to use even by unqualified personnel, being designed to provide extensive details about the operation of the generator set. The controller incorporates dozens of measuring instruments for generator operation, fault signaling devices and more, command keys, and indicators for various warning messages and confirmations of correct operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Canopy
The soundproof canopy is built from durable elements, painted to the highest standards. The canopy is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator components for quick and simple interventions. The soundproofing capacity of the canopy is impressive, reducing the noise level to 80 dB at 1 meter and 70 dB at 7 meters.
