General Description

Kohler D550 Generator Set, diesel, manufactured in France, with powers of 550 kVA in emergency mode and 500 kVA in continuous mode, at a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230V.

Powertrain

The generator is equipped with a DOOSAN engine of 14.62 liters, with a maximum power of 510 kW:

Alternator

The generator set is equipped with a direct-coupled Kohler alternator, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Constructive Elements

The generator is equipped with a 500-liter fuel tank, an electronic speed regulator, a pre-heating system for the cooling liquid (for easy starting in cold seasons), a 12V starting system, a rectifier for charging the battery when the generator is not running, an alternator for charging the battery during engine operation, and vibration dampers placed between the chassis and the motor-alternator assembly.

APM303 Digital Controller

The control panel is easy to use even for unqualified personnel, designed to provide a wealth of details about the operation of the generator set. The controller incorporates dozens of measuring instruments for generator operation, signaling devices for faults and more, control keys, and indicators for various warning messages and proper operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Enclosure

The soundproof enclosure is built from sturdy elements, painted to the highest standards. The enclosure is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator set elements for quick and easy interventions. The soundproofing capacity of the enclosure is impressive, reducing the noise level to 84 dB at 1 meter and 74 dB at 7 meters.
