Vacuum Lifting Device SH 1000 mini for weights up to 1,000 kg
The SH 1000 mini vacuum lifting device is designed for the efficient and safe handling and installation of heavy elements, weighing up to 1,000 kg, such as granite slabs, dense concrete elements, marble tiles, curbs, steps, pipes, etc.
– Can be mounted on any transport equipment or on the paving machine VM using hooks, chains, lifting cables, etc.

– Ingenious technology down to the smallest details
– For example, the vacuum device can be positioned outside the load center so that the bolts that fix the plumb line are not displaced during the installation of curb blocks.
– Thanks to quick-release gripping devices, different suction plates for various applications, sizes, or weights of slabs can be mounted on the SH in seconds.
– SH 1000 mini h – with integrated hydraulic control for operating tasks, from suction to release, directly from the operator’s seat. Requires a single hydraulic circuit.
– SH mini b and e – are equipped with a manually operated valve for controlling suction and release operations.
– Maximum transport capacity of up to 1,000 kg at 0.6 bar (always depending on the size of the attached suction plate).
– Load centering through two variable upper suspensions and the adjustable coupling of the suction plate.
– Suction is achieved through a powerful vacuum pump with a capacity of 12 m3/h.
– The operating handles are ergonomically positioned for convenient direction and maneuvering. The handles can be quickly repositioned to form a support for the proper placement of the device on the ground.
