Overview of the Swepac TR1150P Power Trowel

The “dead man’s hand” protection system on the handle allows, in case of emergency during use, the stopping of the gearbox even if the engine is running at maximum speed, without the engine shutting down. Swepac TR1150P power trowels with professional HONDA engines in two gasoline variants are high-performance machines for leveling and finishing concrete. The transmission of movement from the motor shaft to the gearbox shaft is done through a V-belt. The belt is tensioned by a tensioner roller that can be operated from the helicopter handle, resulting in the transmission of movement from the motor shaft to the gearbox shaft, ultimately resulting in the rotation of the power trowel blades. If the operator loses control of the helicopter, the tensioner roller returns to its initial position automatically, releasing the tension on the belt and ultimately disengaging the engine from the gearbox.

In the case of the Swepac TR1150P power trowel – stopping the gearbox does not imply stopping the engine!

The gearbox requires no maintenance. The handle is made of a square-section profile for stability during operation.

The external protective frame allows the helicopter to be positioned vertically, facilitating access for cleaning, maintenance, and blade replacement.
