General Description

Kohler T16K Diesel Generator Set, manufactured in France, with capacities of 16 kVA in emergency mode and 14.5 kVA in continuous mode, operating at a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230V.

Engine

The generator is equipped with a 1.76-liter Mitsubishi engine with a maximum power of 15.8 kW:

Alternator

The generator set is equipped with a Kohler alternator with direct coupling, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Constructive Elements

The generator is equipped with a 50-liter tank integrated under the chassis, electronic speed regulator, preheating system for the cooling liquid (for easy starting in cold seasons), 12V starting system, rectifier for battery charging when the generator is not operating, alternator for charging the battery during engine operation, and vibration dampers placed between the chassis and the engine-alternator assembly.

Digital Controller APM303

The control panel is easy to use even for unqualified personnel, designed to provide extensive details about the generator set’s operation. The controller incorporates dozens of measurement instruments for monitoring the generator’s operation, signaling devices for faults and more, control keys, and indicators for various warning messages and proper operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Hood

The soundproof hood is built from resistant elements, painted to the highest standards. Equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator set components for quick and easy interventions. The soundproof hood’s noise reduction capacity is impressive, reducing the noise level to 72 dB at 1 meter and 59 dB at 7 meters.
