General Description

Kohler R110C5 Diesel Generator, manufactured in France, with a power of 110 kVA in emergency mode and 100 kVA in continuous mode, a frequency of 50 Hz, and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230V.


The generator is equipped with a 4.48-liter JOHN DEERE engine, with a maximum power of 103 kW:

  • Consumption at 100% load: 23.8 l/h
  • Consumption at 75% load: 17.9 l/h
  • Consumption at 50% load: 12.4 l/h


The generator set is equipped with a Kohler alternator with direct coupling, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Constructive Elements

The generator is equipped with a 475-liter fuel tank, an electronic speed regulator, a preheating system for the cooling liquid (for easy starting in cold seasons), a 12V starting system, a rectifier for charging the battery when the generator is not running, an alternator for charging the battery during engine operation, and vibration dampers placed between the chassis and the engine-alternator assembly.

APM403 Digital Controller

The control panel is easy to use even for unskilled personnel, designed to provide extensive details about the generator’s operation. The controller incorporates dozens of instruments to measure the generator’s operation, signaling devices for faults and more, control keys, and indicators for various warning messages and correct operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Enclosure

The soundproof enclosure is built from sturdy elements, painted to the highest standards. The enclosure is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator elements for quick and easy interventions. The soundproofing capacity of the enclosure is impressive, reducing the noise level to 79 dB at 1 meter and 68 dB at 7 meters.
