General Description

Kohler K22 Diesel Generator, manufactured in France, produces 21.5 kVA in emergency mode and 19.5 kVA in continuous mode, at a frequency of 50 Hz and a speed of 1500 rpm. Supplied voltage: 400 / 230 V.

Engine

The generator is equipped with a KOHLER KDI engine of 1.86 liters, with a maximum power of 19 kW:

• Fuel consumption at 100% load: 4.5 l/h
• Fuel consumption at 75% load: 3.3 l/h

Alternator

The generator is equipped with a direct-coupled Kohler alternator, self-excited without brushes, insulation class H, protection degree IP 23, with 3 phases / 4 poles.

Construction Elements

The generator is equipped with a 50-liter integrated fuel tank under the chassis, electronic speed regulator, liquid cooling preheating system (for easy starting in cold seasons), 12V starting system, rectifier for charging the battery when the generator is not running, alternator for battery charging during engine operation, and vibration dampers placed between the chassis and the engine-alternator assembly.

Digital Controller APM303

The control panel is easy to use, even for unskilled personnel, designed to provide extensive details about the generator’s operation. The controller incorporates dozens of instruments for measuring the generator’s operation, signaling devices for faults and more, command keys, and indicators for various warning messages and correct operation of the entire assembly.

Soundproof Enclosure

The soundproof enclosure is constructed from sturdy elements, painted to the highest standards. The enclosure is equipped with doors that allow easy access to the generator’s components for quick and easy interventions. The soundproofing capacity of the enclosure is impressive, reducing the noise level to 75 dB at 1 meter and 63 dB at 7 meters.
