Road spraying and washing involve different requirements for water capacity, pumping and distribution. Each system is therefore configured according to the work involved, the areas to be maintained and the vehicle’s specifications.

Best Tools Company offers water tank solutions in a range of capacities, adapted to the selected chassis and the customer’s requirements. Systems can be incorporated into a new vehicle configuration or fitted to an existing vehicle, subject to mounting compatibility and available payload.

Complete spraying and washing systems

We supply and integrate the complete assembly: the water tank, pumping system and water distribution equipment. Depending on the tasks involved, the configuration can include front-mounted road washing bars and spraying systems.

All components are sized and integrated together to ensure that tank capacity, pumping performance and water distribution meet the requirements of the application.

Two drive options

Depending on the vehicle’s equipment and operating requirements, the following options are available:

• Hydraulic drive — for integration with a compatible hydraulic system.
• Auxiliary engine drive — using a dedicated engine to power the pumping system.

Municipal applications

These solutions are suitable for road spraying and washing, as well as cleaning car parks, access roads and other paved areas. Tank capacity and equipment are selected according to the workload and operating conditions.
