Product Description
Mobile Crane Jumbo JW
A fully equipped machine, ready for use, consisting of a crane, counterweight, electrical installation, and vacuum turbine. Equipped with a socket.
• The Jumbo JW mobile crane combines all the advantages of the flexible hose vacuum lifting device with those of the mobile crane Jumbomobil JM!
• The equipment can be easily moved, for example, with the help of a forklift.
• Various lifting and gripping devices can be attached to the Jumbo JW mobile crane (see specifications).
• The lifting unit, control valve, gripping devices, and special components are suitable for any operation.
Standard specifications
• The counterweight container, made of sheet metal, approximately 1.0 x 0.8 x 1.8 m in height, must be filled with concrete, sand, or metal waste (approximately 1.45 m3). This ensures the necessary stability.
• Adjustment screws for alignment.
• Light arm, with a range of 4,000/5,000 mm, adjustable height, and a swivel angle of approximately 270°.
• Vacuum turbine VGE-SB-L-e-I with electric motor (see electrical parameters on page 7.24) incl. pressure control valve DBV, motor protection switch, and 16 A “CEKON” socket with built-in phase changer, preliminary dust filter with separator, and filter cartridge.
• Supply hose D = 60 mm, length 7,000 mm. Quick coupling of 2 inches. For connection to a corresponding lifting device.
