Anul acesta, Best Tools Company împlinește 15 ani de existență. Și ca orice adolescent proaspăt deținător de carte de identitate, pragmatismul, optimismul și planurile mărețe sunt principalele caracteristici ale companiei.
Începuturi
Pentru noi, toți cei de la Best Tools Company, totul a început în anul 2006, atunci când compania însemna o singură persoană. În timp, încet dar sigur, Best Tools a devenit un mic colectiv, căruia i s-au alăturat oameni valoroși în fiecare an. Următorii 15 ani sunt caracterizați de experiențe de toate felurile, care au sculptat, direct sau indirect, personalitatea Best Tools de astăzi.
Acasă
Structură stabilă, oameni valoroși, colectiv unit, domenii multiple de activitate, dar parcă tot lipsea ceva: un loc „where the magic happens”. Astfel, ne-am găsit și un sediu doar pentru noi, care ne face să ne simțim ca acasă. Dar sediul central din București, chiar dacă este încăpător, nu poate cuprinde oceanul de planuri pe care compania îl are, de aceea am început o extindere în toată țara, începând cu Oradea și Cluj-Napoca. Dar cu siguranță nu ne vom opri aici, pentru că dacă ne uităm în trecut, evoluția, expansiunea și aventurarea calculată în teritorii necunoscute, la propriu și la figurat, se confundă cu Best Tools.
Principii
Am funcționat de la început pe principii bine stabilite, pe care le-am păstrat în toți acești 15 ani și vom continua să o facem. Ne-a plăcut dintotdeauna să riscăm, dar chiar și în aceste situații limită am rămas chibzuiți. Am avut norocul de a colabora cu furnizori premium, lideri și trendsetteri în domeniile lor de activitate. Acest lucru ne-a ajutat foarte mult, pentru că ne-am dorit întotdeauna să aliniem calitatea serviciilor pre și post-vânzare cu standardele impuse de astfel de producători, și încă o facem.

În momentul de față, Best Tools Company oferă soluții profesionale complete pentru toate echipamentele și serviciile din portofoliu: grupuri electrogene, utilaje de salubrizare, multifuncționale, utilaje și soluții pentru managementul deșeurilor, echipamente industriale de curățenie și utilaje de construcții.
În ultimii 3 ani, ne-am concentrat pe ideea de a deveni producători. Iar acest lucru s-a întâmplat. Probabil sunt puține persoane în România care nu au auzit de platformele subterane de colectare selectivă a deșeurilor produse de Best Tools. Și, la fel cum am facut-o și în toate domeniile în care ne-am implicat, nu ne-am mulțumit cu producerea și instalarea unui singur element din circuitul deșeurilor. Căutăm să oferim soluții profesionale complete și în acest domeniu: stații de transfer, stații de sortare, stații de tratare mecano-biologică a deșeurilor etc. Așa am gândit încă din 2006. Nu ne-am mulțumit cu simplul statut de distribuitor. Am căutat să oferim proiecte „la cheie”. Sau mai bine zis, soluții profesionale complete.
Echipă
Astăzi, viitorul companiei este desenat zilnic de către cele 50 de persoane care contribuie în mod egal la funcționarea întregului organism. Așadar, Best Tools înseamnă 50 de oameni din toate colțurile țării care zâmbesc și suferă împreună. Să fim sinceri, mai mult zâmbesc ?. Best Tools înseamnă mii de colaboratori din România și din alte peste 20 de țări, înseamnă progres natural, profesionalism, colegialitate. Best Tools înseamnă echipă.
Nu credem că suntem perfecți, dar suntem mereu în căutarea perfecțiunii. Iar acest lucru ne ajută să evoluăm. Ne dorim să fim la fel și peste alți 15 ani. Poate mai maturi, mai înțelepți, mai calculați, dar cu aceeași sete de performanță.

This year, Best Tools Company celebrates 15 years of existence. And like any highschool freshman, the pragmatism, optimism and the great plans are the main characteristics of the company.
The beginnings
For all of us at Best Tools Company, it all started in 2006, when the company meant only one person. Over time, slowly but surely, a small team was starting to take shape, joined by valuable people every year. The next 15 years are characterized by experiences of all kinds, which have carved, directly or indirectly, the personality of today’s Best Tools.

Stable structure, valuable people, united team, multiple fields of activity, but something seemed to be missing: a place “where the magic happens”. Thus, we found a place just for us, which makes us feel at home. But the headquarters in Bucharest, even if it is spacious, cannot include the ocean of plans that the company has, that’s why we started an expansion all over the country, starting with the cities of Oradea and Cluj-Napoca. But we will certainly not stop here, because if we look at the past, the evolution, expansion and the calculated adventure into unknown territories, literally and figuratively, are synonymous with Best Tools.
Principles
We have worked from the beginning on well-established principles, which we have kept for all these 15 years and we will continue to do so. We have always liked to take risks, but even in these extreme situations we remained prudent. We were lucky enough to collaborate with premium suppliers, leaders and trendsetters in their fields of activity. This has helped us a lot, because we have always wanted to align the quality of support and after-sales services with the standards imposed by such manufacturers, and we still do.
Complete professional solutions
Currently, Best Tools Company offers complete professional solutions for all equipment and services in the portfolio: generating sets, sanitation equipment, multifunctional machinery, waste management equipment and solutions, industrial cleaning and construction equipment.
For the last 3 years, we have focused on the idea of becoming manufacturers. And this is exactly what happened. Probably there are few people in Romania who have not heard of the underground platforms for selective waste collection produced by Best Tools. And, as we did in all the areas in which we were involved, we were not satisfied with the production and installation of a single element in the waste management circuit. We are looking to offer complete professional solutions in this field as well: transfer stations, sorting stations, mechanical-biological waste treatment stations, etc. This is how we have been thinking since 2006. We were not satisfied with the simple status of distributor. We sought to offer “turnkey” projects. Or rather, complete professional solutions.
Team
Today, the future of the company is drawn daily by the 50 people who contribute equally to the functioning of the whole mechanism. So Best Tools means 50 people from all over the country who smile and suffer together. Let’s be honest, they smile more ?. Best Tools means thousands of collaborators from Romania and from over 20 other countries, it means natural progress, professionalism, collegiality. Best Tools means team.
We do not believe that we are perfect, but we are always looking for perfection. And this helps us evolve. We want to be the same after another 15 years. Maybe more mature, wiser, more calculated, but with the same thirst for performance.
