Munich, Germany – InterSolar 2025 – Türkiye’s leading energy storage solutions provider, iNOVAT ESS, and global battery giant Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) have signed a Letter of Intent to collaborate on the delivery of 530 MWh of advanced Energy Storage Systems (ESS) to the Turkish market.
The agreement, finalized during the InterSolar 2025 exhibition in Munich, marks a significant milestone in the growing partnership between the two companies. It builds on an earlier 78 MWh supply deal signed earlier this year, further strengthening the synergy between CATL’s cutting-edge LFP battery technology and iNOVAT’s in-house engineering, integration expertise, and its proprietary energy management system, PowerKonnekt.
Key objectives of the collaboration include:
- Deployment of high-performance, long-lifetime BESS solutions that comply with Turkish regulatory standards.
- Delivery of turnkey ESS solutions optimized for renewable energy integration, grid stabilization, and industrial energy flexibility, with industry-leading lead times.
- Support for Türkiye’s and the broader European region’s net-zero and energy transition goals through localized integration of CATL battery modules into scalable containerized designs for commercial, industrial, and grid-scale applications.
The companies are also aligning efforts to explore GWh-scale deployments in the near future, aiming to push the boundaries of innovation, modularity, and system efficiency across multiple sectors.
This strategic step signals a new era for the Turkish energy storage market, reinforcing the region’s role in driving sustainable and flexible energy infrastructure forward.
In parallel with this announcement, CATL unveiled a major technological breakthrough during the ees Europe 2025 event in Munich: the launch of TENER Stack, the world’s first 9 MWh all-in-one energy storage system. This innovation marks a significant leap in energy density and system flexibility—critical attributes for the scalability of future energy infrastructures.
TENER Stack is designed to maximize volumetric efficiency and long-term durability, offering a five-year no-degradation guarantee. Its compact design and high energy output directly address the increasing global demand for efficient and robust large-scale energy storage solutions.
CATL’s advanced technologies, including those integrated into the TENER Stack, are already part of the solutions deployed by iNOVAT and are available across Romania and neighboring regions through Best Tools Company. This advancement provides a clear perspective for future projects, particularly in sectors where logistical efficiency and operational performance are essential.
As iNOVAT and CATL deepen their collaboration, the recent launch of TENER Stack reinforces the strategic alignment of both companies in driving innovation, sustainability, and resilience in the evolving global energy landscape.
