Division: Waste Management & Sanitation Equipment
Location: Romania
Responsibilities:
– Provide support in drafting technical offers related to the product, site technical specifications, construction book, work situations
– Provide support in correctly and timely preparing technical documentation for participation in public tenders
– Develop technical offers in accordance with the specifications and the entire tender documentation
– Compile work situations regarding actual material consumption
– Study design details and technical documentation required for construction works
– Monitor the execution of works on site in terms of quantity, quality, and compliance with execution deadlines
– Prepare and/or verify work situations, work reports, minutes of meetings, site orders, and any other technical documentation
– Monitor the supply of ordered materials to ensure timely completion of tasks and check the availability of quality documents
– Familiarize oneself with and ensure compliance with legislation, procedures, and technical work instructions
Candidate profile:
– Graduated from a construction-related university
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
– Very good PC operating skills (MS Office, Autocad)
– Knowledge of structural calculation software is an advantage
– English language skills
– Organized person, with good planning skills, initiative, desire to improve processes
– Meticulous person, attentive to details
– Availability to travel to construction sites
